The aim of the guide is to provide information on various fish which are consumed locally and to rate them based on environmental sustainability. Information was obtained through various sources and the fish were ultimately rated based on; health of fish stocks, fishing methods and its consequences, social consequences, and any other environmental impacts related to how the fish reach our plates.
